After completing the transaction, I did not receive any confirmation, and it appeared that the purchase did not go through.To ensure I obtained a copy, I then proceeded to purchase Windows 11 Home through the Microsoft Store website, and this transaction was successful, and I received the confirmation and product key.Upon checking my payment records, I realized that I was charged for

How to down grade newly purchase window 11 to window 10

Before you go ahead and do something drastic, you should consider what will happen if you remove Windows 11 from your new computer and install Windows 10:

• You'll have to purchase a license for Windows 10.
  

• You'll void the computer's warranty.
  
• You'll lose access to the manufacturer's technical support.
  
• You'll lose all the software that was installed at the factory.
  
• You'll have to do a clean install of Windows 10.
  

Most software that runs on Windows 11 can also run on Windows 10. I think you should double-check that exam software.
