Windows 10: Doubt regarding users, accounts

Hello, lately I have found that i havent access to some folders, when i try to access them they told me that i don't have "permission" to access them, when im the only user and admin at the same time.In the past i have had problems regarding unable to access to some system folders such as windows folder, program archives folder etc. and listed as "you dont have permission to access to the folder", and after looking for info, i discovered that in that case, the admin of that folder was "Trusted Installer". After changing their permission to quit Trusted Installer as a main user and putting

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

Try to create new user profile as an administrator and see if issue persists in new user profile. For creating new user profile you may refer to the steps provided below.

User Account Missing after upgrading to Windows 10

User account not available issue may occur when your lost User account is not a part of any group. Therefore, I would suggest you follow the given steps and see if it helps:

• On the Search bar type “cmd” and
  click ctrl + shift + Enter to open the Elevated Command Prompt.
• Type the following command: net localgroup “Administrators” [Computer Name]\[Missing User] /add

Regarding Kaspersky not compatible, Since we do not deal with third party applications I would suggest contact the third party application manufacturer about the issue.
