Windows 10: Dowload a app for opening this link "windows defender"

Hello, i have some problem with my pc, i can´t open Security Center. I tried about 10 different ways to find a solution and it´s still don´t work. I tried to restore my pc , i tried cmd scripts too and tried to change some numbers in register editor. Final try was with restarting the center in services. So please is there any other solution to make my pc work normally ? Thanks for answer. This is the message it shows when i click on some areas of protection ->

I would suggest you to open Windows defender and add exclusions and check if it helps. Follow the steps to add exclusions in windows Defender.

  Type Windows defender settings in the search bar and press enter

  Under Exclusions click on Add Exclusion

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

Windows Defender Blocking Installations of Downloaded Apps

There's a possibility that the SmartScreen option is on that's why you're unable to install downloaded apps. Let's try to turn it off and see if it helps. See the steps below:

• Open Windows Defender Security Center from your Start menu, desktop, or taskbar.
• Click on the App and browser control button on the left side of the window.
• Click on Off in the Check apps and files section.
