Windows 10: Down Arrow Key does not get recognized as an Input?

Sorry for the bad English.

So my keyboard's down arrow key stopped working. I thought it was a hardware fault, so I bought a new keyboard but the down arrow key still doesn't work on the new keyboard. Since then I've tried To remap my arrow keys (didn't work), reinstall the keyboard driver (didn't work), Tried some Microsoft Troubleshoot tutorials (didn't work). I even opened the OSK to test if it works there but it didn't even work there. I tried using the keyboard on a mac, and it worked so it is some kind of windows problem?

If someone knows this problem and has solved it, I would appreciate some help.

down arrow key stopped working

My razor lycosa down arrow key decided to not respond at some point today. The other ones work and so does the numpad arrow if i turn off the numlock. Sounds like its just broken and im screwed, but any suggestions?
