Windows 10: Down graded from Windows 11 back to 10 and it's taking too long.

Yesterday I upgraded to Windows 11 qnd realised I hated it, so today I downgraded, and it's been going for 5 hours. I powered my laptop off, then back on, and it resumed restoring. My laptop is an HP, around 4 years old and has a old battery that needs replacing.

Well that's why I asked. Mine is on SSD and takes 11 seconds. Your list of games will not appear if it has not checkd for updated suggested settings for awhile until it checks.

When it says it is refreshing the game list, it is checking, because NVIDIA periodically updates suggested settings. Plus it will look for those for new games you have installed.

So, the less it is run, the slower it will be.

• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

My computer is taking too long to update?

My computer is taking too long to update. It has been two days. Do you know why that is?

I thought my computer is taking too long to update because it was originally a windows 7 computer and it's now a windows 10. So the computer is updating windows 10 stuff. It's like a grade 7 student is learning grade 10 stuff, and the grade 7 is learning
MORE grade 10 stuff. (The update) So since it is an old computer, it's taking a longer time to update. Is this hypothesis correct? My last update took about 25 hours. Now it's been taking two days. Does anyone else have this problem? How long is the computer
going to update. Is it normal?

Im not 18 years of age. I know I disobeyed the terms of uses and condition. But I wanna fix my computer! Please please pleas...

i also turned off the computer, and turned it on again, but it still continued to update. It showed the 5 dots going around in a circle (the loading thing) with a black background. Nothing else. Just annoying 5 dots.
