Windows 10: down loading my newspaper subscription

Discus and support down loading my newspaper subscription in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; Microsoft edge/bing will not down load my news paper subscription from newscorp. why?it always has before. i have had to go to google chrome....     Opening PDFs from an online newspaper

    I know you've had this question before but I have never seen a workable answer. 9 out of 10 times I cannot open a downloaded PDF of a newspaper article from my online subscription to that newspaper. Not in any browser or with any reader. Default is
    Adobe Acrobat. However, 1 out of 10 times it does work. Yes, I have tried Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 10 but that does not work either. The newspaper techs say it works on their end so they have no solutions. I can open any other PDFs or downloads
    from elsewhere.

    Newspaper looks terrible.

    Hello guy,s.The newspaper is De Standaard .The site himself is not the problem.But when you click on "krant" in the left corner then you can select "papieren weergave",but you need a subscription to read it.And that is where the problems occur.
    It is a 100 % edge problem.
