Windows 10: Downgrade from Pro 1909 back to 1903

Discus and support Downgrade from Pro 1909 back to 1903 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; So I have issues with 1909 and want to switch back to 1903.     Downgrade from Pro 1909 back to 1903


    So I have issues with 1909 and want to switch back to 1903. All the links Ive found in the forums takes me back to the 1909 download. IS there any way to get the 1903 media creation tool or a download to the file?

    Windows 10 pro 1903 will not update to Win 10 Pro 1909

    Notes:

    1) Computer originaly used Win 7 Pro OA (OEM)

    2) Reformatted the HD

    3) Used Win10 Pro version 1903 to install on the Win 7 Pro OA (OEM) based computer.

    4) Used the OA Product Key that was listed on the Computers Case.

    5) Installation completed.
    Program confirms activation is valid.

    6) Win 10 Pro will not list an available upgrade to Win 10 pro version 1909.

    Windows 10 1903 1909 repeated failure to update

    Well would't you know it. I did everything, every step, all the suggestions, months of failed downloads and was going to wipe everything tomorrow and start again, but remembered I hadn't tried your suggestion of updating to 1809 before 1903/09, and blow
    me down, but it's updated to 1809 with ease!

    I have yet to dare to try and get it to update to 1909 but it's the 1st progress in months, so thanks.
