Windows 10: Downgraded to Windows 10 Cant go to Windows 11 Now??

I had been having issues with Windows 10, So I want to upgrade to Windows 11. But when I go to PC Health Check App It says “TPM 2.0 is not detected. So I go in to the BIOS And change the settings to TPM 2.0 and it still says that TPM 2.0 is not detected. One time on the same exact computer I downgraded to Windows 10 and Had no problems going back to Windows 11 But now I do. Please help me so I can get Windows 11. Thank You.

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
