Windows 10: Downgrading PC from Windows 11 to Windows 10 not working Error

I´ve already tried to reset the Pc but it wouldn´t let me. For some Reason I can´t even access Windows Security Settings even though I´m the only one using the Pc, I built the Pc myself, and there´s only one user on the pc, at that´s my user account. What should I do?
