Windows 10: Download and Install latest release multipass Not Working!

Hi everyone,I am trying to install https://github.com/canonical/multipass/releasesIn Windows, command prompt terminal, I followed the steps adviced in a similar thread here --> Changing Path and adding system room to the Path, restarted the laptop and I can confirm I have it added but I cannot run:snap refresh multipass --stable # or snap install multipass --stableFrom the above source link. Error in Command Prompt: 'snap' is not recognized as an internal or external command operable program or batch file.This is to be able to do the Kubernetes Exercise:https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/tra

One question thou: you suggested me to Download the latest driver package from Nvidea. However, the link you posted is for the newly released GeForce GTX 760? Am I supposed to download the drivers for that card?

Sorry for my questions. As I said, I'm not an expert at all.

 

Cannot access my Multipass VM on Windows 11 and Hyper-V

I've been successfully running multipass 1.10 on Windows 10 (Lenovo) under Hyper-V.

My company has decided to manage all computers using "Intune" so I have been forced to migrate to a new Dell laptop running multipass 1.11 and Windows 11 Enterprise; Hyper-V is enabled and WSL2 is disabled.

I am unable to get any networking on any multipass VM's when launched or started, the command fails with the following error:

The VM is running but no IP address has been allocated.

On my previous Windows 10 installation the hosts.ics file would automatically be populated with the hostname of the VM instance and it's IP, on this Windows 11 installation only the Dell laptop host is populated.

The VM is up and running, I am able to see the login prompt under the Hyper-V console but cannot login as no password is set on the default User; ubuntu.

I have searched the web for answers and tried all applicable solutions but nothing works.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
