Windows 10: Download error - 0x80070005

I run SFC /scannowComes back with error “Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation.”When I run DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealthI get error code: 4448I'm supposed to run SFC /scannow to fix it but it just comes back with the same error.

Trying to download windows 10 to a media device (USB) for installation on another PC and keep getting this error. Am wondering if I should be following the steps suggested for error code: 0x80070005-0xA0019 ?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
