Windows 10: Download error - 0x800700a1

I get this download error 0x800700a1 from this update in 2022-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems KB5013943 in Windows 11. I even tried to download the update and install it manually, but it returns the same error code, does anyone know how to fix this?

Getting error 0x800700A1-0x2000C

I have been trying to update my laptop to windows 10. I have the notice that it's ready and shows no problems. I downloaded the assistance tool and get as far as the screen showing supposed to be showing the updating progress ( blackscreen with large circle
showing update progress). Nothing happens after that, instead it fails and reloads Windows 7. I get the error 0x800700A1-0x2000C and the following notice. The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during the APPLY_IMAGE operation. I could
really use some assistance with this.

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade Windows 7 to Windows 10 but every time I get the error shown below and it restores my Windows 7 installation. I've tried this twice.

0x800700A1 - 0x2000A

The installation failed in the SAFE_OS_PHASE with an error during PREPARE_FIRST_BOOT operation.

I've been doing the upgrade from a Windows 10 DVD, which I downloaded when given the offline option during the upgrade offer.

How do I proceed from here to get it working?
