Windows 10: Download error - 0x80190003

I have problem downloading this update. This update is not available in Microsoft Catalog too. I tired looking for it elsewhere but to no avail.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I upgraded one of my computer to Windows 11 and had repeated failure for windows updates, tried all suggestions I can find on this community related to windows update failures and nothing worked. The 2 updates are KB5026372 and KB4023057, I can't find those updates direct download links either. There's this error code for Download error - 0x80190003
