Windows 10: Download error - 0x80248007 when updating drivers and windows.

There is an error that is preventing me from updating windows and the drivers. I got this error message that said 0x80248007. Sometimes I also get 0x80248014.Putting this error message into Microsoft.err reveals the following:# for hex 0x80248014 / decimal -2145091564 WU_E_DS_UNKNOWNSERVICE wuerror.h# An operation did not complete because the service is not in# the data store.# 1 matches found for "0x80248014"Everything on the internet I could find didn't work. Please do not say "RESET YOUR COMPUTER BOZO" as I do not have the ability to reset it.

There is problem while installing "SMS/MMS" driver which is listed in "Other Devices" in "Device Manager".
