Windows 10: Download iso of windows 11 that is older than the newest update a feature I need is...

I'm about to build a new PC for gaming. I also have an HP G2 Reverb VR headset I'd like to use on that PC. The VR headset uses WMR that is discontinued from update 24H2. I therefore tried to download an Windows 11 ISO to save for later when I install Windows 11 but the only option now on microsoft.com is to download 24H2 at this moment. Can I request a download link to an Windows 11 update 23H2 ISO?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

I'm just downloading the ISOs. I don't intend to install yet largely because GWX hasn't said I could.
