Windows 10: Download of Microsoft generic bluetooth driver 5.3 version or less

I see many questions and solutions about bluetooth drivers, but NO DOWNLOAD OF MICROSOFT GENERIC BLUETOOTH DRIVER and the las version is of 2006 year and I need a newer version and to know which version is the newest of Microsoft generic bluetooth driver, pleaseI BOUGHT A BLUETOOTH DEVICE OF UGREEN COMPANY THAT PROMISSES THAT WE GET THE 5.3 GENERIC VERSION FROM MICROSOFT, BUT IN THE OFFICIAL UGREEN SITE THEY DON´T GIVE THE DRIVERSend the driver or link to my e-mail *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Bluetooth Generic driver not found for ZEXMTE dongle

Hi JerryTeri-,

I'm an Independent Advisor and consumer of Microsoft products just like you. Let me help you with your concern.

Follow the instructions as suggested from the below link.

1. Right click Start button then click " Device manager".

2. Click on the small arrow next to either "Bluetooth" or "Universal Serial Bus controllers"

3. Right click on "CSR" and select Update Driver

4. Select" Browse my computer for driver update"

5. Select on bottom :Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my Computer"

6. Select "Generic bluetooth Driver"

Issue will be fixed and you will be able to use your Bluetooth now with no other problems.

Bluetooth software driver version is downgrading on Windows 10

Let me help you to fix the issue.

Let’s try simple troubleshooting steps and check if this helps. I would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall Bluetooth driver and check.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Bluetooth.
  
• 
  Click on the Bluetooth to expand, right click on the
  device and click on Properties.
  
• 
  Now click on Driver tab and click on
  uninstall button.
  
• 
  Once you are done uninstalling the driver restart the computer. It should automatically install the
  Bluetooth generic driver.
  

If the issue still persist, try the below method.

Method 2.

I would recommend you to update the Bluetooth driver and check if it helps.

  Press Windows key + X and select
  Bluetooth.
  
• 
  Click on the Bluetooth to expand, right click on the
  device and click on update.
  

If the above method did not help to fix the issue, I would suggest you to go to the computer manufacturer website and download the latest updated Bluetooth driver and install the same.
