Download problem with February 2022 Updates

My pc went haywire today: I ended up having to Restore because Restart brought up a basic Desktop and a message to "Install". Anyway, it's back - KB5010342 is Installing, but KB5009467 [Net Framework] didn't reappear in Updates. An attempt to get it from Win Catalog resulted in it's being refused Downloading to my pc as a "security risk". This isn't the first time that the day after the monthly Updates the pc went through this mess. Is there anything wrong with Updates for Feb 8 2022?

    :)

New here and seeking for help: problems with graphic card

Thanks very much lilhasselhoffer. I'll start doing what you suggested step by step.

One question thou: you suggested me to Download the latest driver package from Nvidea. However, the link you posted is for the newly released GeForce GTX 760? Am I supposed to download the drivers for that card?

Sorry for my questions. As I said, I'm not an expert at all.
