Windows 10: Download speed 4 times as bad as normal?

Hello,

since a few days/weeks i have the problem that instead of downloading with 5mb/s i only download with a maximum speed of 1.2mb/s.

On other devices like the Xbox everything runs exactly as it used to, so I guess it's because of my PC.

Information about my connection: I use a Killernet E2400 Gigabit Ethernet controller.

I have already tried several things like :

-Router restarted

-Searched for new drivers for my Ethernet connection

-IPv6 protocol disabled

-Unnecessary background processes disabled

-Windows Autotuning disabled

If you still have ideas or have had such a problem yourself I would be happy about suggestions

Slow Download Speed

• I would suggest you to test the speed using any of the speed test website or app to confirm the upload and download speed.
• I also suggest you to reset the wireless router to check if that helps.
  
• You may plug in the Ethernet cable if available and check the speed.

• Since when are you facing this issue?
• Have you tried any troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue?
• Is it Microsoft Account or Local Account?

I suspect this might have caused due to some corruption in the Account.
