Windows 10: Download speed going good and up to 5mb/s but turning 0b/s and then 200-300kb/s

HiSo i was just downloading a video game but then whenever I try to download it runs smoothly but after a few seconds it changes to 0b/sand then it becomes very less like 200kb/sPlease help me with this situation

Low download speed,need help,400KBS/s(last month 5mb :/)

Dear microsoft comunity,idk what happened with my connection but last month when I downloaded something on steam/google chrome/uTorrent the download speed was 1-5mb/s

Now is 400KBS/s

idk what happened yet

When I download something on steam

it's 4-5mb/s but instantly slow down and then 0kbs/s,and then 1mb in the next minute and u know

Google chrome

I downloaded something with 12GB,and it took 4-5 hours with 400KBs/s

Additional note

A friend has flood me last month with /idk the command 5000

Just help me,I have no problem with router,only the download speed is the problem

Hello! My download speed for some reason is unusually low, 300kbs low. Earlier this morning I had 2MB/s but for whatever reason it just went back to being capped at 300kb/s. My speed test tells me that I have 746.71mbps Download and 371.51mpbs upload so I don't know why my downloads would be taking so long?
Is there anything that I could do to fix my downloads from my browser.

 

Overall download speeds slow and frequent game disconnections.

Turning the router on and off seemed to increase game download speeds up to 5mb/s or so, don't think that's the best my pc can do though, as the other PC sits comfortably at 15mb/s or so.

All the other steps didn't seem to affect anything unfortunately, and I already tried most of them beforehand.
