Windows 10: Download speed over wifi is abyssmal but works through hotspot

Hello people,I am in a predicament.My problem is that, for some reason, my download speed is nowhere near the speed of the wifi.While my girlfriend has her 15mbs, i, directly next to her, only have about 500kbsand nothing ive tried managed to fix itthe curious thing is that i get my 20mbs if i connect to my phones hotspotive gone through all the other forum suggestions I saw and nothing worked :/Please help me out here
