    I recently formated my pc becuase it had alot of useless files and the pc was overall running a bit too slow so after the format i was trying to download the apps and games but whenever i try to download some thing it is so much slower than before i reset the pc for example i used to average a 30-60 mbps download speed and now its always either zero or 1 or 2 mbps espically in steam or epic games, does anybody know what to do

    Hi,

    • I would suggest you to test the speed using any of the speed test website or app to confirm the upload and download speed.
    • I also suggest you to reset the wireless router to check if that helps.
    • You may plug in the Ethernet cable if available and check the speed.
