    PC wont reset on windows 10

    That means you were not able to download the installation media? Have you tried to download via DVD?

    152+MB broadband cable. Could it be extremely busy servers???

    Its speeded up slightly, now on 31%

    I've downloaded several times, never longer than 15 minutes, on a 30MB connection.

    I abandoned download at 35% two hours later on!! Having some issues with pc now on 8.1, strange things happening, but diff topic. Might actually run into 10 for pc instead of test on laptop in order,hopefully, to fix all.
