Windows 10: download Win 10 ISO not working

A few days ago, I downloaded Win 10 64 bit English ISO file to new SSD with Linux Mint. Accidentally shut down computer and ISO file was lost. Now download is not working, I tried 3 times. How to reset?

Downloading Windows ISO file

I have a store-bought, boxed, USB version of Windows 10 PRO, 32 bit installed on my computer.
I have used the old WIN 7 hold-over “Backup and Restore” to create a system image on a DVD.
In order to create a system restore DVD, I know I must download, and burn to disk, a Windows 10 ISO file.
The Windows download site offers a confusing list of options, none of which seem to apply my case.
Can anyone guide me through this step by step?

I'm just downloading the ISOs. I don't intend to install yet largely because GWX hasn't said I could.
