Hi!I downloaded my photos from Google. I believe I accidentally tried to open one of them in Acrobat and also had the "do this from now on" box checked and now the images are trying to open with Acrobat but won't. Also, the icon for each file is now the Acrobat image.Also, when I click on properties it tells me the file name is, for example, 20230103_163457.jpg.jsonWhen I right-click the file I don't get the option to "Open with...", just simply "Open" and it tries to open in Acrobat but gives an error message:"Adobe Acrobat could not open '20230103_163457.jpg.json' because it is either not a

How do I reset this on my computer? Windows 10.

Hello Diane, sorry about your problems. My name is Marco and I will do my best to help you.

When you download from Google Photo, a JSON file comes with the JPG photo.

JSON files have data associated with each photo or video, such as creation time or comments.

Here is the procedure to do.

Go to this address ( https://takeout.google.com/ ) and select only "Google Photos"

Then, at the bottom of the page, click on "Next step".

In the new window, depending on how many photos you have, you can choose the size of the zip file archive.

For example, if you have 20GB of photos, and you put "2gb" for the file size, you will have 10 .ZIP files.

Then do "Create an export" and in the next page "download"

When you go to open your ZIP file, you will see in the folder the .jpg and the json.

You can then classify by "types" and just delete the json if necessary.

Google works slow and can't download Adobe Acrobat Reader

1. What is the make and model of the computer?

2. Did you tried to download Adobe Acrobat Reader DC from different browser?



If Google chrome is running slow then it is could be possible that the web browser has gone corrupted.

You can try to uninstall Google Chrome from the computer and reinstall it.

Follow the steps:

1.
Type appwiz.cpl in Windows search bar and press
Enter.

2.
Search the Google chrome from the list and click on
uninstall.

3.
Do not click check the box for
clear browser data prompt.

4.
Open Internet explorer and download/install Google Chrome.
