Windows 10: Downloaded Microsoft Office through my school, and now I'm locked out of changing...

So I downloaded Microsoft Office for free using my school email account, and after downloading all that and Microsoft teams or whatever, the background on my desktop turned black and when I go into the settings to change it I get the following error: https://imgur.com/a/BfudR2D

And I'm locked out of those settings. I looked up the problem and have done most of the solutions online involving gpedit.msc (which I had to download because my version of Windows 10 didnt have it).

I have done the following:

gpedit.msc - turning on and off "Allow Telemetry", "Force a specific Start background"

I have also uninstalled Office and the only account I'm signed in on is my microsoft email and account.

I have also allowed full diagnostics and feedback

Does anyone have any ideas?

Personnaly, I use Open Office 3. But alot of folks use M$ Office 2007.
