Windows 10: Downloaded Netflix movies keep the app crashing

Hi,I'm running Parallels VM with windows 11 on Macbook m1 in order to use the Netflix app offline.I'm able to watch the movie/series right after installation, but when i'm trying to download the movie/series and play it, the app crashes, even if i keep my laptop online.I've seen many threads about this issue with no resolution, including on Netflix support forum..I'll add that i have already performed the below action and neither was helpful... Reset/repair/update app, update/restart window, disable all windows security firewall/defenderUninstall/reinstall Netflix.Any suggestions?Thanks

There could be a number of factors as to why you are having issues launching the Netflix app. This could be caused by a software conflict or due to an issue with the application itself.

I suggest that you reset your Netflix application by following the steps provided below:

• Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features.
  
• Click the Netflix app from the list and then choose Advanced options.
  
• Click Reset.

If the issue persists, you can consider uninstalling and reinstalling the device. To uninstall, follow these steps:

• Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features.
  
• Click the Netflix app from the list and then choose Uninstall.

My netflix app doesn't show the download button

1. Which build version of Windows 10 are you using?
   
2. Which version of Netflix app are you using? (Right click on
   Netflix app > More > App settings >
   Version)
   
3. Is the download option greyed out or missing?
   
4. Is this issue movie specific?
   
5. Are you using the same Netflix account on your phone to download movies?
   
6. Are you aware of any changes made on the computer prior to this issue?
   

I’d suggest you to refer this article on
Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store and check if it helps. I’d also suggest you to sign out and sign in back to Netflix and check if the issue persists.
