Windows 10: downloaded series from Netflix wouldn't play. Message said: Whoops something went wrong....

Hi thereI've downloaded some series and movies from Netflix.This was working well, especially during load-shedding. However, this evening I got a message saying " whoops...something went wrong. Try again later or choose another title. I tried all the other downloads, but the same message.Now I'm back online, it still gives me the same message. This is the first time it's happened.

Unable to play YouTube or Netflix

Since upgrading to the latest version of Windows 10 Pro I am now unable to play YouTube or Netflix

I am using a Lenovo Yoga Book Windows version 10.0.18363

Netflix say:

If you experience the error code U7361-1253-800705AA on your Windows 10 computer, it typically indicates that your system requires an update. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.​

• Perform Windows updates​

- this is what caused the issue and i am now on the latest version

• If you are using the Windows 10 N or Windows 10 KN edition, we suggest downloading the Windows Media Feature Pack.

- this is not applicable for my version

Can anyone help?

Netflix not playing error message

Thank you for the information.

That error is usually caused by the stored information and/or settings on your device. Since the only changes you've made is to download a specific episode of a series. I recommend deleting those series first, then sign-out to your Netflix account and Uninstall
the application. After doing those steps, you may re-install and sign back in to your account and see if it helps.

I just read an article in the new Linux magazine on the use of Ramdisks. Using those as a file system can drastically speed up read and write performance. That would be a cool feature to build in the OS of mobile phones that hold a memory card anyway, wouldn´t
it. Then saving a large Excel sheet wouldn´t take ages as it does now (on my E61 anyway), but just a few seconds...
