    Downloaded what I thought was Blender, but was a malware .iso please help


    I was in a rush to download Blender on this computer, the website looked identical to the last time I had seen it so I downloaded it the way I usually did. Double clicked the file and it ran its course, took a bit before I realized it was some sort of strange .ISO. I tried to stop it, turned off my computer, and relaunched, but now every now and then my google chrome crashes. Seems like others have had similar issues, but the fix that volunteer moderator _AW_ would recommend seemed like it was specific per person.This is the thread I was following before, though it seems its been closed now so
