Windows 10: Downloaded Win11 and trying to move it over to a flash drive, however running into issue....

I am trying to move Win11 5.17 G that I downloaded over to a flash drive with 32G that has 29 G of available space, however I am receiving an error message that the file is too large for the destination file system. Any idea what the issue could be? Win11_22H2_English_x64v1 1 Type: Disc Image File

  Did you try plug in another flash drive?

I suggest you to try plug in a different flash drive and check if you are able to format the drive.

I also suggest you to run the Hardware and Devices
troubleshooter.

• Type troubleshooting in the search bar.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click on Hardware and Devices.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
• Check if issue persists.

Method 1:

System file checker is a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files.

Run system file checker (SFC) and see if it helps. Please follow these steps:

  Press Windows + X keys and click command prompt (admin).
  
• 
  Type the following command in command prompt and press Enter.
  

sfc /scannow



If it does not help, use method 2.

Method 2:

Run DISM tool and check the issue. Please follow these steps:

• 
  Press Windows + X keys and click command prompt (admin).
  
• 
  Type the following command in command prompt and press Enter.
  

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
