Windows 10: Downloading any apps for my account

I was just wondering if I could download some specific games for my account only I have a Windows 8.1 Pro in which my sister's account is also there.Though my parents account is also there so I ask them also if I can download this or that game but my father sometimes just says me no because it can show the games in her account and even there are some very specific games which I want to play but they say no because my sister can search them on her account also which they don't want to.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

I would like to understand the issue better, could you let me know

1. Operating system and edition of operating system you are using?
   
2. From where you are trying to download apps?
   

However you can try following steps to if you are using Microsoft store to download apps.

Step 1 :

1. Open RUN box by pressing
   windows + R button on the keyboard.
   
2. Then type WSReset.exe and click on
   OK.
   
3. Try to logging in to store with your Microsoft account.
   
4. Try downloading the apps.
   

Step 2:

1. Search for command prompt on
   Cortana search bar.
   
2. Right click on command prompt and click on
   run as administrator.
   
3. Type below command and press enter.
   
   Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
   

The above command will take some time and I would suggest you to wait until the process completes.

To know the edition of operating system,

1. Right click on This PC and click on
   Properties.

Download Apps

I would suggest you to provide some information to help you better.

• Are you getting any error messages?
• Are you able to download other apps rather than games?
• Did you make any changes prior to this issue?
  
• Are you facing this issue in Local account or the Microsoft account?

Let's try the below Steps and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Step 1: Try a Windows store resetting and check downloading the apps.

1. Press Windows + R key.

2. Type wsreset and hit Enter.
Windows store will reset and start.

If the issue doesn’t resolve then try next step.

Step 2: I would also suggest you to try creating a new user account
and check if issue persists.
