Windows 10: downloading error Code: 0x80070005

i get this a fair few times i tried downloading forza horizon 5 it gets to 99% or even 100% downloaded then says error and gives this code: 0x80070005how can i correct this, it has this happens multiple times when downloading games from the store

Trying to download windows 10 to a media device (USB) for installation on another PC and keep getting this error. Am wondering if I should be following the steps suggested for error code: 0x80070005-0xA0019 ?
