Windows 10: Downloading from Microsoft Store & Windows Update

Yesterday I was attempting to download an app. It was stuck on pending and whenever I checked on it, it never stopped there and the option to download now was always there. So I went looking for answers. I found multiple ways to attempt to fix it, but none of it worked. So, I checked troubleshooters and they couldn't identify the problem. Then I noticed in my Windows Update section it continuously is checking for updates with the message "Your device is missing important security and quality fixes." under it. It has never completed the check for updates.


Could I get some help please?

Microsoft has released several updates for Windows Vista, as well as an update for Windows Media Player 11 in both XP and Vista. Download them bellow or through Windows Update.

Microsoft signals end of Paint program

Microsoft has confirmed that it will continue to offer its graphics program Paint.

In a recent update, it had listed Paint as a feature that would be either removed or no longer developed.

Paint, renowned for its simplicity, has been part of the Windows operating system since its launch in 1985.

Microsoft suggested it would not remain on Windows 10 by default but did say it would be available for free on the Windows Store.
