Windows 10: Downloading My Microsoft Account Worlds from the Cloud

Just recently I was trying to play with a group of friends on our world I would host, and we were facing connection issues. We thought it might be that the game had to be uninstalled and reinstalled in order to get the connection to work. When I did this, I was not able to get my saved worlds back from the cloud, nor did I see them saved to my computer. I am using bedrock edition for this world. Is there some way that I can access my cloud saved worlds using my account? If so how can I get there to see my world and re-download it to my installed Minecraft game?

This game uses its own cloud server and there is no setting about it

I mentioned all other steps (disconnecting xbox and Microsoft account)

 

Microsoft Account-Remove Cloud Backup of Personal Settings question

Hi,
I looked at my Microsoft Account and under the Devices Menu at the top for my PC I noticed a More Actions dropdown list saying Remove cloud backup of personal settings which talks about turning off syncing first and then clicking on Remove button and then removing the PC from the backed up devices in OneDrive which is never listed in Windows 10. There is also another option in the More Actions dropdown menu for the PC in my Microsoft account saying Remove PC.
For what purpose would you use these two options ? (Remove cloud backup of personal settings and Remove PC)
