    Yes, hello people. I am currently downloading Windows 10 for my PC, but I want to rest and I am using a PC. I am asking if I can shut down my computer while the manual installer is active? And if so, will it reset to 0 if I turn my PC on again?

    Sir, I am downloading iso file of windows 10 (i have windows 7) from media creation tool , if i shut down my pc while it is download will i able to continue from where i left. plz reply fast because i can only download it before 29 of july.

    Nope.You must complete the download.Media creation tool doesn't support pause/resume

    best to leave the PC on and let it finish...are you performing a live update ? or do you intend burning a DVD or run from USB maybe ?......I don't think the download has a continue option, need to do in one go....I could be wrong, but best not to interrupt it and invite problems......can't you rest while your PC is on ! just turn the monitor off LOL

    Hahaha thanks for the tip, but my mother is a strict person, so I can't leave it on. Guess I'll have to figure it out.
