    hello,So I've contacted Microsoft several times about this issue and the claim is windows store is working fine? I have video showing it's not working fine.I posted it below. Downloads and updates section is BLANK and nothing is coming up. I've tried resetting the store and all the other troubleshooting options. Do I really have to reinstall windows to fix this? Don't tell me that behaviour is normal either. It should be showing all the apps that have been recently updated or need updating. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uj7d4qnYn1w
