Windows 10: Downloads And Updates Broken In Microsoft store

hello,So I've contacted Microsoft several times about this issue and the claim is windows store is working fine? I have video showing it's not working fine.I posted it below. Downloads and updates section is BLANK and nothing is coming up. I've tried resetting the store and all the other troubleshooting options. Do I really have to reinstall windows to fix this? Microsoft Store Broken

My build is 19044.1288 (preview builds are not applied). As you can see:

- the Store is fine. Here's my recent update history:

Suggest you review yours and consider uninstalling any preview updates, for example, if indeed the problem is caused by one. You can then install updates in turn - the Control Panel, Program and Features view is most helpful there - and see if the Store works again.

I cannot download Sea of Thieves on PC from microsoft store.

Microsoft Store app nor through Microsoft.com using a web browser?

Windows App troubleshooter to resolve this issue. Here are the steps:

• Click Settings.
• Click Update & Security.
• Click Troubleshoot.
• Look for Windows Store Apps.
