Windows 10: Downloads page not working

Haii.. my downloads page in this PC can't load my file. It's always display "working on it" and won't load anything even i wait for a long time. Any solutions? Because i need the files i download in there

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Download page for ati tool not working

Im trying to get ATItool .24 and each mirror says the connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. Trying from this mirror page here: ATITool (0.26) Download

For us to narrow down your concern with the page orientation of your downloaded pages, we would like to know the following:

• How and where did you download the pages?
• Is this the first time you experienced the issue?
• Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue (e.g., updates, software installation)?
• To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• Have you checked in safe mode if it's the same?
