Windows 10: DPC Watchdog Violation BSoD when connecting to home network

Hello,I keep receving a "DPC Watchdog Violation BSoD" every time I try connecting to my home wifi, this does not happen when I try connecting to my phone hotspot though. I use a TpLink Archer T3U usb wifi adapter, as my pc does not support wireless wifi, and I also cannot use ethernet at this moment. I have also tried using the adapter on another computer and it worked fine.I found only one fix, which is first connecting to my phone hotspot, then going into CMD and typing "dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth" and then "sfc /scannow" but I have to do this every time I startup my pc.
