Windows 10: DPC Watchdog Violation Cannot get a dump file

Hi - I've been plagued by BSODs for the last month or so and I've been trying everything I can possibly think of to fix them. Every time it is a DPC_Watchdog_Violation.Typically, the BSODs happen during high-intensity tasks such as gaming but not always.The real problem is that no matter what I do I cannot get a dump file to generate for the life of me. I have them properly configured to dump a small memory dump but no matter how long I let the BSOD sit it won't progress pass 0% gathering information and will not generate the dump file. I have the DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION with blue screen when I use word.

My computer is surface book 2, windows 10 pro version 1909. Intel i7.

I made the DUMP file as suggested in the forum, and the DUMP file is in the following address:

DPC Watchdog Violation

My PC just BSOD DPC Watchdog Violation Error. Only applications open were discord and a game. I opened chrome and it crashed. Here is the dump file thank you.
