Windows 10: DPC Watchdog Violation keeps happening

Every time I use this laptop after about 5 minutes to an hour after turning it on, it will crash and give me a DPC watchdog violation and a blue screen. It never finishes restarting either; it gets to 100% and then stays there until I power it off. I have tried almost everything I've seen online: specifically SFC, DSIM, updating firmware and drivers, restarting... Can anyone help with this?

This problem has become quite persistent, and I've taken a few steps to address it, such as ensuring Windows is up-to-date, and confirming the good health of my PC's hard drive. I have a Dell Latitude E6530

• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• Have you tried the troubleshooting steps on this

100% HDD usage followed by DPC Watchdog Violation

Yeah, Idk if Hitachi DFT can check your drive but you can give it a shot
