Windows 10: DPC Watchdog Violation keeps happening

The past week my computer has crashed countless times with a blue screen. Most of the time they were DPC Watchdog Violations, as I started to debug some of them were Driver Power State Failure's. For the past few days they have all been DPC Watchdog Violations. I'm using a custom built PC I've had for almost three years.


When they started a week ago, my network card would be unable to find local networks when it restarted. I would have to disable device, force close device manager because it would stop working, then force shut down as if I tried to restart or just shut down it would also blue screen. When I would restart, I would enable it again and only sometimes would it work. I went ahead and updated/scanned for new drivers for all network related items and some new ones were installed. The problem continued to happen though. I have since switched to an ethernet cable and have left my network card disabled. I have no idea why this is continuing to happen, I'd be more than happy to upload my MEMORY.DMP file.


I have a IntelR I211 Gigabit Network Connection which has 2 Ethernet connections: IntelR Ethernet Connection 2 I218-V and an IntelR Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160. I have also downloaded Intels Wireless driver package or whatever it's called and it has not fixed any problems. When I run the Intel Support Scanner it says I do not have any Intel Drivers or software even thought I have those along with my processor.


I've gone down many rabbit holes trying to troubleshoot and fix my problems, any help is much appreciated.

• Have you made any changes to your computer prior to this issue?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• Have you tried the troubleshooting steps on this
  link that was provided by Billion Debbarma on September 19, 2015 and see if you will still encounter the same issue?

I've updated the BIOS on 8/15/17. Today the DPC Watchdog Violation happened again.

DPC Watchdog Violation

I have an HP desktop that upgraded to windows 10. I continue to have the DPC Watchdog Violation blue screen. Any suggestions?

PS I do not have a IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers on my device manager
