Windows 10: DPC Watchdog Voilation

I have a new Asus laptop with windows 10 preinstalled. I'm getting BSOD with error dpc watchdog voilation after that my laptops restarts and evertyhing works fine. I have tried updating all the drivers, bios, Sata controller driver but nothing helps. Moreover windows in not creating any dump files. I have checked that auto dump files creation is checked already. Please help this is very annoying.

MY HP LAPTOP IS UPGRADED TO WIN 10. ITS SCREEN FREEZE RANDOMLY AND SAYS DPC WATCHDOG VOILATION. I THINK THERE IS PROBLEM WITH ETHERNET DRIVER. KINDLY HELP ME!!
