Windows 10: DPC Watchdogs Violation_Windows 11

Hello, I bought a new MSI Creatures Z16 A12UET laptop a week ago and since the first power on it continues to present the DPC Watchdogs Violation error every time I try to start a 3D modelling or photo editing Software. After the first errors I got a warning to reinstall an MSI colour management software MSI True Tone and the mentioned program started working again for a couple of hours and then restart to cause the error. I then directly cancelled the softwere, but the result was the same.I search online and I try to:- Unplug any external devices- Update drivers - Try running a Windows

I have a Lenovo Ideapad Z580 (Windows 10) and I have been experiencing BLUE SCREEN creashes for the past 5 months... And most of the time it was some new error... Unexpected Store Exception, DPC Violation, etc, etc.

It started with one or two a week and then exploded.

I tried to update all the drivers and even uninstalled McAffee for a while ( as some post suggested anti-virus) might be causing this, still nothing.

Finally I contacted Microsoft Support and they found my Windows wasn't updated , so I installed the necessary updates.

After that pc worked fine for 2 days, before I started seeing BSOD again... This time DPC Watchdog Violation...

I ran SCANNOW and CHKDSK ... Nothing

Some one suggested that the firmware might be outdated...I looked at my Disk Driver driver (Hitachi) for a Firmware update, but when I run update, it says that the the driver is up-to-date.





Now I checked the Lenovo Support driver list and I don't see any mention of Windows 10. The most recent OS that they talk about for my laptop ( which is 4 years old by the way) is Windows 8.1.





So I don't know what to do. I am stalled for the moment, because Microsoft Support did their part and the issue persists ..

Lenovo doesn't seem to provide a firware for the OS I am running (WIn 10).

So does anyone have a solution ??

Is it possible for Microsoft to revert my OS back to Win7 ?? I can't purchase a new laptop right now.

I never wanted Win10 in the first place. It kinda automatically installed on my system , when the deadline to upgrade ran out.

Let me know if any one can assist.
