Windows 10: dpc watchog violation whenever i use ethernet

So ive been trying to use ethernet ever since but whenever i plug it in, after 5-10 minutes the laptop gives me dpc watchdog violation bsod which is kinda annoying, i have a clevo w170hn laptop, also whenever i try to use the camera or bluetooth via the keyboard shortcuts it says the devices arent available, turning them on makes windows freeze for some reason, it started happening ever since i reinstalled windows on my ssd instead of my old hdd

• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• Have you tried the troubleshooting steps on this
  link that was provided by Billion Debbarma on September 19, 2015 and see if you will still encounter the same issue?

DPC Watchdog Violation

I clicked the link you put in the post, and downloaded the second driver. It just updated my driver to the one that was giving me trouble. It updated to the 5/13/2017 driver. The one with the DPC watch Violation problem. I was wondering if I had downloaded
the wrong driver from your link? I know before the DPC Watch Violation my whole screen freezes. Let me know of any other suggestions. Thank you.
