Windows 10: DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION and DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE at the same time

I got the blue screen everytime I login my pc specificly at the Welcome screen, sometimes it lets me pass the screen , just to crash whenever i open my Task Manager. But most of the time, I get either DPC Watchdog Violation or Driver Power State Failure.I tried to perform a clean boot with no drivers except for microsoft's but nothing changed, plus it also returns blue screen whenever I restart/shut down. The pc is much slower now. Safe Mode is the only thing that works.Please help me :

I'm using WINDOWS 10 Pro Ver 1803 today had two crashes one with stop code: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE and second one DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION. Please could you advice where the problem is (I can provide link to two DMP files)

The DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION blue screen error can be caused by a variety of hardware, firmware, driver, or software issues. Now, you mentioned that you already changed the IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers to standard. Did you update the driver as well? And also,
are you getting the same blue screen error when you play other games? Or is it only occurring when you play a particular game?
