Windows 10: DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION - halmacpi.dll + 8030

Hello.I have a problem with the PC at work ... for about 2 weeks it crashes instantly, without a BSOD, and I only opened Mozilla and Outlook 2019 ... it just doesn't work anymore, it freezes the mouse / keyboard and the only option is to I force stop and restart the PC. Many times I only have one Word open, and when I return to the PC after 30 minutes, I find it freezed.I tried first the hardware:- replaced RAM - replaced SSD windows clone- replaced the power supply ... in the end I replaced the unit completely but the problem persists :- The model of PC I use is a Dell Optiplex 3040- Windo

DLL Missing

The problem is, that the required DLL is not actually even listed there.
There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.

I actually posted the link for the "list of troubleshooting steps to resolve your boost_threads.dll problems" which is located half way down the page. I did not mean to promote any downloads.

Why don't I just go back and indicate that on my original post? That way there's access to the 'step-by-step' instructions, which are accessed via those green 'plus' signs next to the topics.
