Windows 10: DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION minidump included

I'm having DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION BSOD constantly. It happens very randomly, although it's more likely to happen when the laptop is on higher load. It used to happen in Windows 10, and it's still doing the same thing after upgrading to windows 11.I've tried chkdsk and RAM checkup thingy, both showed me I have no problems.I've tried some Windbg and/or BlueScreenView, Bluescreenview points at ntoskrnl.exe and Windbg points at bhtsddr.sys.My limited knowledge + limited information on the internet is giving me trouble. For the past few days I started experiencing random BSOD on my Desktop PC running Windows 10.

The Error Code is DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION.
