Windows 10: DPC_WATCHDOGS_VIOLATION please help

Hello there,


So it all started two days ago, I reinstalled Rainbow Six Siege to have a clean download. I downloaded it overnight and when I sat back the morning after it froze after a few minutes of using the PC I wasn't even launching it, I watched YouTube when it froze and I got a Bluescreen with the error code "DPC_WATCHDOGS_VIOLATION". I reset my PC to a two day old backup and it all went fine until the next morning, where I had the same problem, I have tried multiple solutions I have found on the internet like updating NVIDIA drivers and Audio Drivers but none worked. So I reset my entire PC and started to reinstall my programs and games, Rainbow Six finished today and when I launched it I got the Bluescreen again, so I am thinking the error is caused by that game I played the game for almost two years and never had any problems. I tried to verify game files on Steam but it was all fine. Also note that my PC freezes immediately after I log in, like the first freeze today was when I launched Rainbow Six and now it freezes immediately after I start my PC and get to see my desktop.


I heard this error can be caused by both hardware and software/drivers, but I would assume that my hardware is okay, since I can play other games and my PC was fine up until I downloaded Rainbow Six today.


I would greatly appreciate some help, I already thought I fixed it twice and now I deleted everything on my PC and still didn't fix anything.

If there is any information that is needed to find the problem, just ask.

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region


I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.
