    Bsod when starting up programs

    Product: Insprion 11 3000 Series

    OS: Windows 8.1

Recently I'm getting dptf errors on my computer causing bsod on my computer. The events came in pairs one with | ServiceMain: ServiceStart() failed| and the other with | ServiceStart: ConnectToDptfFrameworkDriver() failed |. The dptfevent id is 1. Is there
any way to fix this problem?

This morning I turned on my computer from an off setting. It took very long to startup and then in Events Viewer I see this error. What does this mean and how to fix?
