Discus and support Drag & Drop not working on a new install of Win 10 in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; Right- click on the icon, hold, press escape key while holding right click.     i seen on a different thread all got to do is press ESC key and it work i had same problem now its fix hope it helps you too...

    Try checking your mouse driver in your Device Manager... I had the same problem everyone is talking about and found my driver to be wrong.... All functions worked correct after installing the right mouse driver... Good luck..
